✨ Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, customers can expect delivery within 5–7 business days, depending on carrier and location.
A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once the order has been dispatched so you can monitor delivery progress.
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. Redeemed & Rooted (RnR Hair) is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, carrier issues, holidays, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen shipping disruptions once the package has been shipped.
✨ Return & Refund Policy
Due to the hygienic nature of our hair products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been processed or shipped.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof so our team can review and resolve the issue promptly.
Approved claims may qualify for:
• replacement product
• exchange
• store credit (case-by-case)
Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a resolution in accordance with our policy, which may include a replacement, exchange, or store credit.
Refunds are issued only when a replacement is unavailable or in special circumstances approved by our team.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Return Shipping Policy
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non¬refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
