Due to the hygienic nature of our hair products, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect item selection.

Incorrect Orders (Customer Responsibility)

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders placed with incorrect selections (including length, texture, color, or quantity).

In cases where an incorrect item was ordered by the customer, we may offer an exchange as a courtesy. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges due to ordering errors.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photo proof. Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a resolution which may include a replacement, exchange, or store credit.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in cases where a replacement is unavailable or in special circumstances approved by our team. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your financial institution.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Processing & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly and cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
